Why we built this
This is an industry that has treated us well and in December of 2024 we set out to build a site to provide proven foam & coating solutions to common foam & coating problems. To reciprocate! Our belief is simple, the actions of the few can impact the successes, or failures, of the many. So, we encourage you to help the SprayFoam AI team empower the foam insulation & coating community one question at a time.
How the AI learns
We own our ignorance & any proficiency is the result of research, the efforts of our personnel, and the data we are able to freely obtain & upload. One of our early decisions was to build an AI Agent that learned exclusively from the data that we provided NOT, openly from the internet. It remains our belief that we want to eliminate the “noise” found in online or social answers and have sought to provide a community driven platform that can accept vetted solutions from seasoned Foam insulation & coating stewards.
What’s inside the library
We uploaded operation, service, and repair manuals, manufacturer’s technical & safety data sheets, processing & application parameters, instruction manuals, assembly guides, 3rd party testing & certifications, white paper, SPFA, CPI, ACC, & government documents along with the IRC & IBC Building Codes. Combine that with the digitized wisdom offerings from our industry’s amazing stewards and we intend to create the premier source for foam insulation & coating information.
Token-Based Intranet Currency
As a caveat & element of discussion, we’ve created a token based currency system for user commerce. Use it to purchase swag, buy Fleet EMP subscriptions, tip other users, provide product discounts, and/or give props to the AI Team. Every person that signs up gets a small stash & three months of Fleet EMP rig management software. So, upload your rig data, seek answers to foam insulation & coating questions, make use of the Exploded View Imagery & Requisitions page, share your wisdom, and empower our industry one question at a time.

Every answer is credited to something or someone. Click the link and you’ll see the source. If it’s a person & not a document, a User provided that answer. Give props and say thanks if a solution worked or was useful and while we’d love to open source this entire site, there are costs & we need your help. Donations are appreciated. Advertisements will eventually be added and with User support, we will rely on the advertisers less.
